3. How it works

The working principle of the electric square tee is to change the flow direction of the fluid by driving the valve core in the valve body through the electric actuator. Specifically, when the electric actuator receives an external signal, it drives the spool to move in the specified direction. The movement of the spool changes the cross-sectional area of the fluid channel, thereby changing the flow direction of the fluid. At the same time, the position sensor will monitor the position of the spool in real time and feed the position information to the controller. The controller adjusts the output of the electric actuator according to the position information to ensure that the spool reaches the specified position accurately.
