The working principle of the horizontal vacuum sprayer is based on the combination of countercurrent cooling and vacuum spraying. Specifically, the material enters the drum through the feed assembly, and the drum rotates under the drive assembly, so that the material is evenly distributed in the drum. At the same time, the vacuum assembly begins to work, pumping out the air in the drum, forming a negative pressure environment. The liquid adding device evenly sprays grease or other liquids onto the surface of the material. Due to the effect of negative pressure, the liquid can quickly penetrate into the inside of the particles to achieve uniform spraying. Finally, the sprayed material is discharged through the discharge assembly to complete the entire spraying process.

Main structure

Drum: As the core component of the entire equipment, the drum is used to hold the material and rotate the mixing.

Sealing door assembly: arranged at one end of the drum to ensure the sealing inside the drum.

Drive components: including motor bearing seat, bearing, sprocket, etc., responsible for driving the drum rotation.

Discharge components: including discharge port, discharge gathering port, discharge arc guide plate, etc., responsible for discharging the sprayed material.

Feed components: including feed ball valve, rotary joint, feed pipe, throwing plate, etc., responsible for feeding materials into the drum.

Oil spray assembly: including spray pipe, etc., responsible for evenly spraying liquid to the surface of the material.

Support components: including the bottom frame, drum support wheel, etc., responsible for supporting the entire equipment.

Vacuum assembly: including three-way, first vacuum tube, second vacuum tube, vacuum pump, exhaust butterfly valve, etc., responsible for extracting the air in the drum to form a negative pressure environment.

Low crushing rate: the cylinder is provided with a throwing plate, so that the material is evenly distributed in the cylinder, reducing the collision and friction between the materials, thereby reducing the crushing rate.

High efficiency and stability: the main drive adopts double reducer drive, more stable; The liquid is added at a certain positive void, which is more accurate and uniform.
