Vertical vacuum spraying machine is an advanced spraying equipment, widely used in feed, biomass and fertilizer industries such as granulation section. The equipment is mainly used to evenly spray grease and flavor agent on the surface of granular materials, and realize no oil mist loss through the operation in vacuum environment, ensure the uniform spraying effect, and effectively reduce the particle breakage rate. The working principle of the vertical vacuum spraying machine is based on the combination of countercurrent cooling and vacuum spraying. Grease spraying is completed in a closed space without oil mist loss. The amount of liquid added ranges from 1% to 35% (as compared to the mass of the material before spraying). Spraying uniformity is good, the crushing rate is low, the vertical double helix lifting mechanism is used, with spiral protection cylinder, so that the material can be quickly circulated in the spray machine, and with multiple groups of reasonable configuration of large Angle pressure atomizing nozzles, to ensure that the variation coefficient of spraying uniformity CV value is less than 7%. In addition, the vertical vacuum sprayer is equipped with a patented tapered discharge door mechanism to ensure efficient sealing of the moving parts relative to the sealing parts to move a small distance, reduce wear, extend the service life of the seal.

 

2. Main structure and characteristics

Main structure

Vertical vacuum spraying machine mainly consists of the following parts:

Body: as the main frame of the entire equipment, supporting the work of other components.

Rotor: located inside the body, it is driven by a decelerating motor to rotate and drive the material to circulate in the sprayer.

Discharge door: pneumatic control, by the cylinder, connecting rod, joint, rocker arm, double rod, linkage shaft travel switch, etc., responsible for controlling the discharge of materials.

Liquid adding device: including liquid nozzle, liquid metering pipe, etc., responsible for evenly spraying liquid to the surface of the material.

Vacuum system: including vacuum pump, vacuum pipe, etc., used to maintain the vacuum in the enclosed space during the spraying process.
